Consider on this #ThoughtfulTuesday how much it cost for the maintenance of your car and how quickly you address any issues as they arise?

I bet asap, right?

✍️ What efforts are you making to maintain the optimum capacity of your body's internal organs? Unfortunately, not checking out health concerns doesn't make it go away but actually might make it worse.

Consider again the following:
✍️When last did you have a medical checkup?.
✍️ What efforts are you making to maintain the optimum capacity of your body's internal organs?
1) Oil Filter- Kidney,
2) Fuel Pump- Heart,
3) Air Filter- Lungs,
4) Plugs- Pancreas,
5) Chemical Filters- Liver
6) Chassis body- Bones and skeletal system.
7) Headlamps- Eyes.
😎 Tyres-Legs.
9) Engine-Brain

⏸Puuse for a moment and consider when next you will schedule your health center visit?

Speaking of which, I do need to schedule my regular visit to the dentist. Physicians are humans as well.🏃‍♀️😀

Encouraging words from W.E.B. Du Bois on this #MondayMomentum. He was a Black writer, sociologist, teacher, and activist renowned for his ingenious use of data to solve social issues within the Black community. He was a groundbreaker who helped shape academia into what it is today.🙌

I can only imagine how he never took "NO" for an answer but instead took it for an opportunity to be "CREATIVE."

Great reminder to always look beyond our reach in all aspect of our #holistichealth.
