You are in the right place at the right time. My name is Dr. Dolapo Babalola, AKA DR. Babs. I am a triple board-certified Family, Obesity, and Lifestyle Medicine Physician and the Founding CEO of Living At Your Finest (LAYF) Wellness, a Holistic Direct Primary Care Practice
At LAYF Wellness, I help Families Live At Their Finest Wellbeing using a Holistic Approach with a Healthy Lifestyle to Nourish and Flourish as Whole, Vibrant, & Healthy Champions. As the main focus, these measures help prevent, treat, and reverse lifestyle-related chronic diseases.

APPOINTMENTS
Members have the convenience of scheduling appointments seamlessly either via email, online portal, or phone.
NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK
- Sign and complete your new patient forms to LIVING AT YOUR FINEST WELLNESS at least 48 hours prior to your arrival so that your physician can review them before your visit.
INITIAL VISIT
- Expect to spend 60-90 minutes with your physician during your first visit.
LATE ARRIVALS TO APPOINTMENTS
- On your appointment date, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of time.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS
- In the event that you desire to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours (1 business day) prior to your previously scheduled appointment.
SERVICES
The following Primary Care services are offered through the DPC membership. It is also available to non-members but at a consultation fees.

MEDICATION REFILLS
To ensure timely medication refills, kindly submit your requests at least 5 days before your current supply runs out, and anticipate a 48-hour processing period for coordination between the pharmacy and our practice.
LABORATORY TESTS
At LAYF Wellness Practice, laboratory services at whole prices. Quality diagnostics meets affordability, ensuring you get accurate results. LAYF Wellness has cash pay rates for lab testing with Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL). You may instead elect to use your insurance for lab testing but understand that LAYF Wellness is not responsible for any fees not covered by your health insurance.

BILLING
At LAYF Wellness, we are committed to providing outstanding patient care, without billing insurance or inflating lab, meds, or imaging costs. Your monthly membership includes a wide range of medical services, without any copays or additional fees. We also work incredibly hard to obtain affordable pricing for services that need to be handled outside our office. We share these wholesale prices with our patients, so that they can stop worrying about medical bills and focus on keeping themselves and their families healthy.
We DO NOT bill any insurance in our practice! We are a membership medical practice!
- Our members can cancel anytime with a 30 days notice but we require a 3 months minimum commitment at the initial sign up.
- Patients WITH insurance are welcome to join our practice and use it for their needs outside of the Primary Care office!
- Patients WITHOUT insurance are welcome to join our practice as well!
Enrollment Fee: One-time non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 per person or $200 per family.
- Includes: obtaining prior medical records, comprehensive initial physical exam, and onboarding process
WAIVED ENROLLMENT FEE with:
- Annual Membership (instead of monthly)
- Families of 5+ members (Parents and their children only)
- College students (ages 18-26)
- Small Businesses (with 5+ employees enrolled)
Children’s Membership price:
- Requires an adult membership (Full price without an adult membership)
