Maybe you’ve always struggled with weight. Maybe it all happened during the pandemic, or after menopause, or maybe it’s related to an underlying health condition. I’ve seen it all! Because obesity is such a medically complex condition, there absolutely cannot be a one size fits all approach to treating it. And without addressing the root cause, weight loss will never be sustainable.
With all the fad diets, bogus supplements and weight loss advice out there, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with figuring out the best, safest way for you to lose weight. That’s why I’ve developed a structured 6 month program where I team up with you to identify the root cause behind your weight struggles, develop a personalized plan for you, and meet frequently so we can monitor your progress and modify your regimen.

The Program
Our 6-month program first begins with a comprehensive analysis, including:

☑️ Medication prescribed for weight loss as indicated

By the end of the first visit, we’ll have an action plan for your weight loss, focusing on healthy meal planning, physical activity and other lifestyle factors. While we prefer to focus heavily on lifestyle modifications, prescription weight loss medications- examples include GLP1 agonists like semaglutide (Wegovy) tirzepatide (Mounjaro), phentermine etc – may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The first 3 months of the program consists of bi-weekly visits (in-person or virtual). At every session we assess progress, troubleshoot and build upon the plan. Labs and vital signs are re-assessed at the midway point.
The last 3 months of the program consists of once monthly visits. At the end of the program, we re-evaluate health markers such as labs, vital signs, and other indicators to see just how far you’ve come!
