Professor Adeola James is a lover of education and literature. She majored in English Literature. She began her journey as an educator teaching in a variety of Universities and ultimately ended up at the University of Guyana where she had an expansive teaching career. Her major accomplishments have included extensive research in Women’s writing and Oral Literature Books. In this episode, Professor Adeola James shares how she Lives At Her Finest Health

To maintain your health, do exercise. Very, very important, and the food should be a balanced diet and drink lots of water. The water is medicine.

I was diagnosed with colon cancer in my early 70s, I regret that though I’ve been advised to do a colonoscopy, I didn’t pay any attention because I felt healthy.
