Episode 33-Discovering the Juice of Life with Jill Zimmermann, PN1
The words of Debbie Ford resonates with me deeply: “The purpose of our journey is to restore ourselves to wholeness.” I would add to this quote that restoration not only benefits us but our community as well because it impacts how we show up daily in the world.
What does it mean to be whole? It means to have a balance wheel of holistic health: physical, occupational, social, spiritual, environmental, emotional, intellectual, and financial.
What a pleasure it was for me to connect on this #FunFridayPodcast with my dear friend and yoga partner, the beautiful soul and Founder of Jez Wellness, Jill Zimmermann. She discusses the benefits of wholeness and stillness in a world of busyness by the use of movement, restoration, and nutrition. Don’t miss this episode, I promise you will thank me later.
